Read it as a floor, not a ceiling

Roblox win rates are measured against everyone who has ever joined the experience, including the enormous number of people who load in once, look around and leave. So the school’s 6.9% is not “6.9% of serious attempts succeed” — it is much kinder than that to anyone actually trying. Treat it as the share of all visitors, and the real per-player odds as meaningfully better.

Why the Mines number is lower

The Mines has the lower completion rate, but players consistently describe it as the easier chapter — Thomas is audible from further away and cannot teleport. The gap is almost certainly exposure rather than difficulty: the Mines arrived nine days after launch, so a large slice of the player base never saw it.
